This congressional map is incorrect and should be fixed. Van Nuys is not part of 28? In fact, none of the los angeles San Fernando Valley is except Burbank and points East — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.33.97.46 (talk) 17:02, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
