Dubious rationale changed

This is the logo of a commercial company Candu technologies Energy Inc. which is a division of SNC-Lavalin Inc, not of any organization called "Candu". It represents that company not the Candu reactor in general. It is probably not available for free-use and should only be used to illustrate and article on the company, not the reactor system.
