Mention which part is the cataract

Mention which part is the cataract. Wild guesses:
- Just the white, not the surrounding black. The black is standard healthy eye area.
- Also the black, as the white is just a reflection of the camera's lightbulb, (which is made by "Y company", and one can see their trademark reflected.) The black is in fact milky, which is the cataract.
- Even more area, outside the black too.
