Colour

[edit]

I'm partially colour blind, and I can hardly see the difference between red and green in this diagram! Bathrobe (talk) 05:00, 11 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, about 10% of males will be unable to see the difference. There are several simulators available to help with color picking. Vischeck.com offers one.

Unclear branches

[edit]

The branches of the archaea (green) are clear enough but not so for the eukaryotes (red) and bacteria (blue) where the radial line segments of the tree are far too short making the concentric arc segments so close to each other as to be difficult to distinguish.
