Are the pics on the right supposed to be the "After" photos? If so, wow. I don't think this is a good example for liposuction. I've seen way better. It's clear that the photos on the left show shapely hips, a youthful, firm appearance with glowing skin. The photos on the right are... The skin is bumpy, oddly colored, and it looks like she aged. Maybe there will be better examples in the future. Obelen (talk) 06:35, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia can be a strange place. Some people think your photos are too good while others think they are too bad. I can send you to examples of other photos that show a dramatic difference but they were deleted at the objection of others who claimed that this could not be achieved by the average patient. In fact they were criticized for being too dramatic a difference. So, while I respect your opinion that these may not be "a good example", others prefer that only modest results are displayed with realistic outcomes. Bumpy skin is a potential possibility as is hyperpigmentation. "Better examples" are percieved as beingly over optimistic with a commercial bias. These photos are meant to be informative. I hope this satisfactorily answers your criticism. If you would like to see other examples, you can go to my website but that is not the purpose for this response. Thank you for your time and attention and contributions to Wikipedia. Otto Placik (talk) 23:11, 26 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I would consider this photo to be a "bad example" in that it exhibits ethically questionable medical practice... since the "before" picture shows a patient who had healthy body weight before the operation. Could do with 'before' and 'after' labels - particularly for the top two. I can't see much difference between them! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 120.16.111.53 (talk) 07:49, 12 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It's really hard to tell which one is supposed to be 'better', because the one on the right looks like having less fat, but also far less attractive... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.225.184.196 (talk) 15:26, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
