I don't know the precise definition of "lost" being used here, but in 1998 I took a photo of what appears to be that painting hanging on a wall in Bantry House, County Cork, Ireland. Information in its label contradicts information in the painting linked above.
The label on the Bantry House painting says:
- Frances Howard of Bindon
- 1576 - 1639
- Married:
- 1st: Henry Prannel
- 2nd: Edward Seymour, Earl of Hertford
- 3rd: Ludovic Stuart, Duke of Richmond and Lennox
- Painted by Daniel Mytens
