This is [apparently] not the best digital version available, of this diagram

I take issue with the statement "No higher resolution available." which is included as part of this (monochrome) version of the diagram.

There is a better (more high-res) version available -- on the "English Wikipedia" web site!

There does seem to be a higher resolution, (better, more readable) version "available", of a diagram that is either essentially similar to (or maybe identical to) this version of this diagram (except for being more colorful).

Any suggestions?

Should this more "high-res" (and more colorful) diagram be used instead? Or, should it be used in "some" articles, but not others?
