I was planning to transwiki this image to commons, but the paucity of information made me think twice. The image has a template on it that asserts that the photographer died more than 70 years ago, yet we have no information on who the photographer was. If we know who the photographer was, then we would at least be some way to justifying the current template, and/or changing it for a more acceptable one. If we don't know who the photographer was, then the current template is not supportable, and we should probably treat the image as a copyvio.
