New Glan-Thompson prism

As of the November, 2010 version of this image, there is a Glan-Thompson prism added to the right of the BBO crystal. It doesn't seem to have any effect on the beams or the experiment. Is this a mistake or does it do something not obvious to me? Is this prism different from the one now marked "PS" which used to be marked "Glen-Thompson prism" (sic)?--Atkinson (talk) 09:26, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
