I know, I know - it's blurry as hell. But there aren't too many free use photos out there of KLA members being held prisoner by KFOR. Better than nothing. Kafziel 04:27, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
- Where does it come from? -- ChrisO 07:40, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
- I took it. I know the one you uploaded is nicer, but it doesn't really convey the point of the section; the KLA didn't all just fall into formation to be disarmed. Some of them, like the guy in this pic, fought NATO for their right to keep their weapons. Kafziel 12:16, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
- I replaced this with the uncropped version. The guys are smaller, but it's a little less obvious how out of focus they are. Can't enhance it much further; there weren't a lot of grunts with digital SLRs back in 1999, and we weren't exactly there to take photos, so a disposable Kodak and a quick snap (before anyone noticed me doing it) was the best I could do.
- I still think it's worth including, though; you can see they're Marines, you can see the prisoner is blindfolded and restrained, you've got the LAV in the foreground, lovely Camp Monteith (motor pool, burning trash, and port-o-johns) in the background, and as I said you're not going to find many DoD photos of KFOR prisoners being held this way.
