This is out of date in that the motorway is four lanes between J2 and J3, and between J11 and J12 - in the latter case, it has been for many years.
I'm not sure that describing the widening between J21 and J23, and between J28 and J30 as "underway" is accurate, either. StephenDawson (talk) 16:29, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
- Cheers for letting me know, the lack of detail the Highways Agency can go into when detailing the current state of a road is quite surprising.
- On the case of the widening 21-23 and 28-30 I can see your point, but since that work has been confirmed to go ahead, I'd be inclined to keep it as "underway" for now just to avoid having to create a new category, also those works are part of the same package of widening that is taking place at 18-21 and to a lesser extent around 28. If you think this makes it upto scratch, add it back to the article; if not leave a follow up as to what more I could do to make it worthy of reintegration.
