It isn't definitely a 1940s image. This plane wear a post WWII all aluminium paint, while those used by Italian Co-Belligerent Air Force had same camo depicted on Italian Air Force Museum Veltro. Olympic symbol on background stadium should date this image to 1960 Rome Olympic Games. Anyway, Italian copyright is already expired.
