Copyright violation

The uploader of the image claims public domain, since it was created by a United States federal employee. However, I'm certain that the image is from an article in the December 2003 of SWAT Magazine. Selected articles of SWAT magazine are on the website AR15.com, including this article. [1] There is no indication in the article that it was taken by a federal employee. My bad, I uploaded the wrong pic. The original name I had for the pic in question was already used on Wiki. When I redid the file upload I tried to rename it and selected the other picture accidentally. Mike Searson 23:31, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
