Speedy delete

A speedy delete warning suggest that I need to explain my intention to contest the action.

|Purpose = The significance of the brochure is to help the reader identify the intended branding message in a way that words alone could not convey,
|Portion = The entire brochure cover is used to convey the meaning intended and avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the intended image.
|Low_resolution = The cover image is a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by Nippon Yusen Kaisha without being unnecessarily high resolution.
|Replaceability = Because it is a specific Nippon Yusen Kaisha brochure, there is almost certainly no free equivalent. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.

(2) If the following is insufficient for Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License, I need further explanation in order to understand. My question becomes "Why not?"

(3) If necessary I will re-format the description to assert a fair use rationale.
