Picture Manager icon

Hello.
On 31 January 2013, User:1234567890Number uploaded a new icon for Picture Manager. This icon seems to have the same style as that of other Office 2010 icons, only it does not appear anywhere in Microsoft Office 2010. Here is how icon appears in Office 2010:

I believe User:1234567890Number version is copyright-protected and invalid.
