The “Pio Pico flag” is just a speculative flag graphic, as it was never a cloth flag, just a poorly done sketch, likely based on hearsay, drawn at the bottom of a Spanish language copy of William Ide’s proclamation, which was sent to Pio Pico. Jeff in CA (talk) 23:23, 27 September 2021 (UTC)
