There is a mistake - percentages related to the colours should be aligned in the opposite way. Those countries coloured with red are countries with the highest percentage of Protestants and those coloured with orange with the lowest.

Outdated map

[edit]

I googled some recent (2009 -2010) membership figures, the map is pretty outdated , overstating the % of protestants in several countries.

Incorrect color for the Netherlands

[edit]

Accoring to the different source including the dutch statistics office CBS (www.cbs.nl)the Netherlands has less than 20 % protestants, the color (green) used is clearly too positive as this would meen more than 29% which is not the case. Ruud64 (talk) 09:54, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect color for Germany

[edit]

As per the protestant EKD church (http://www.ekd.de/) they had a membership of 29,5 % at the end of 2009, other protestants churches make up less than 3 % of the german population, the color (blue) used for Germany is incorrect. Ruud64 (talk) 09:57, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect color for Sweden

[edit]

As per the protestant church in Sweden their membership is 70 % , again a wrong color (red indicating more 75%) has been used. Ruud64 (talk) 10:03, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
