What factors/structures in the picture [[1]] are indicative of Pulmonary Fibrosis? The root or river like patterns in the overall image? Or the dark black spot in the lower left? I felt the image while excelent, is unclear in what it shows to a layman. There is also a large emphysematous bullae. Could you clarify what that is in the image? Thanks.
