Yes, it is original research but it is correct. It is also one legal way to share the chords and time sequence (it is an analysis rather than explicit sheet music that would likely violate copyright). I think that it might be a stretch to call this "original research" in the "no original research" way. It is not an opinion or interpretation, simply a transcription. It is also within Wikipedia's policies by being verifiable (and it has been verified) and from a neutral point of view (although there are other ways that the time signature could be transcribed).
