This image is definitely wrong for the track used in 1968. The image corresponds to the version of the track used from 1970 onwards. The chicane was not there and in fact, it was added after Jo Schlesser's fatal accident. The turn at Gresil is much wider and was much faster, which led to a very fast straight where the cars reached almost 300 Km/h (there were no curves after Gresil, as compared to the curves seen in the uploaded image). At the end of the straight, there was a 90-degree right-hander which led to a small and narrow straight. This, in turn, had a very wide and tricky right-hander which led to the main straight. The length of the circuit used in 1968 was about 6 Km.
