Fair use[edit]

I think I've made a clear and valid fair use statement - the poster illustrates the film and aids the formulation of critical commentary as it is quite a bold graphic statement. I don't see how it fails the fair use criteria. Madmedea 18:56, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You say "Even a child would understand my version is the original." But you give no reason for this. Sharper doesn't mean more accurate. You should have started this conversation here when I reverted your upload, instead of edit warring and launching personal attacks at me. Film Fan 13:30, 10 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your version is nonsense because the version of Madmedea was significantly better then yours. Now, as usual, you attack me because I uploaded the poster with original colors, a version better than both previous versions. How can you deny the facts? The only explanation I can think of that conduct is you love fights, edit wars, etc or for sure ownership of files.. If are you who replace (for me acts of dubious value) the posters uploaded from others for you it's okay, you're a happy creature. If others replace posters uploaded by you, they are always in the wrong.--Johnny Freak (talk) 17:37, 10 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Whether or not you're right (you're wrong) about your poster having the original colors, when your upload was reverted you should have complied with WP:BRD. You didn't.
Regarding this specific poster, it's better have a poor quality version that looks like the original, than a better quality version that does not.
And the rest of your reply is an all-too-common case of psychological projection. Film Fan 19:15, 10 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
