What and why

User:Britmax and I agreed that the usual way using map icons to show a connection between two railway lines which crossed gave a clumsy diagram. This is my try to show how twelve purpose-made icons could make neater maps. It's inelegant as I found and downloaded a program for SVG diagrams and then drew this, my first SVG try, in a hurry. If you are an SVG expert please try to make the RHS examples icons.--SilasW (talk) 13:56, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
