Follow the procedure in WP:PERMIT to email the OTRS. Logos can be used under far use without permission. But if you want to release it so that it is easy for others to verify cleared copyright then sure go ahead and prove the free license. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 10:29, 4 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
