According to http://www.unodc.org/unodc/en/treaties/CAC/signatories.html Ireland did NOT ratify the treaty while being green colored!
Italy and Ukraine did ratify the treaty while being blue colored!
That was just a quick check - there might be more mistakes in the map!!
Yes, I agree. Saudi Arabia and Germany have both signed but NOT ratified. The maps says they have ratified. 76.126.57.28 (talk) 08:03, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
