How to edit this map?

There are new data for the HUman Development Index so I would like the map to be updated with that information. For example countries like Venezuela, Ecuador and Kazakhstan are marked as medium HDI while they are on High HDI now. If somebody can tell me how to edit I'll do it myself. Thanks.
