The vincristine structure shown is incorrect. Looking at the indole group in the "center" of the structure, the methoxy group and the indole-containing group at the top should both be moved to the right one carbon. In other words, the methoxy group should be attached to C6 and the indole-containing group should be attached to C5 of the central indole ring.
