The First Perron Ministry was the 22nd ministry to come from the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly. It was sworn in on 14 July 1988 after the resignation of Stephen Hatton as Chief Minister and his replacement by Marshall Perron. It operated until 30 July 1989, when Perron undertook a reshuffle following the resignation from the ministry of Health Minister Don Dale.
