The First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) is part of the First-tier tribunal, which is part of the court system of the United Kingdom. It hears cases relating to immigration issues and requests for asylum. Decisions made by the Home Office in these areas may be appealed to the tribunal. Cases are heard by judges sitting alone or as a panel. There are hearing centres throughout the United Kingdom.
