Francesco Barbieri (1623–1698) was an Italian painter of the Baroque period. He died in Verona. He trained with Antonio Gandini and Pietro Ricchi. Painted historical and landscape canvases.

He is also called il Legnano, and should not be confused with the more famous Giovanni Francesco Barbieri (Guercino).
