Francis Foster (Tasmanian politician)

Francis Henry Foster (16 January 1888 – 31 May 1979) was an Australian politician. He was born in Brighton in England. Having emigrated to Tasmania, he was elected to the Tasmanian House of Assembly in 1937 as a Nationalist member for Wilmot. He held the seat until his defeat in 1941. Foster died in Hobart in 1979.[1]
