Francis Ormond Wilson is a retired diplomat of New Zealand.
- Until the Fall of Saigon on 21 April 1975 he was second secretary with Warwik Howe in South Vietnam.[1]
- He was Consul-General in Hong Kong.
- From September 1981 to May 1984 he was Charge d'Affaires in Moscow.
- From 27 March 1992 to 1996 he was ambassador in Santiago de Chile on 22 April 1992 he was acreditated in Brasília.[2]
