Francis Robert Stonor, 4th Baron Camoys (1856–1897) was the son of the Hon. Francis Stonor (second son of the third Baron) and Eliza Peel (a daughter of British Prime Minister Robert Peel).

The fourth Baron was Lord-in-Waiting to Queen Victoria in 1886 and again from 1892-1895.

In 1881, he married Jessie Philippa Carew, daughter of Robert Russell Carew.

They had the following issue:

  • Ralph (1884–1968), who succeeded to the barony upon his father's death.
  • The Honourable Edward Maurice Stonor, who married into the Rothschild family.
