Francisco Ávila Camberos is a Mexican politician who is candidate of the PAN (Partido Acción Nacional),[1] and became friends with Jorge González Olivieri, the director of API (Administración Portuaria Integral de Veracruz), and the former president of Mexico, Vicente Fox.
