Francova Lhota is a village in Vsetín District, Zlín Region, Czech Republic. It is in the southeast of the country, on the border with Slovakia. It has a population of 1,614 (2006).

Cardinal Štěpán Trochta, Roman Catholic Bishop of Litoměřice was born here.
