Frank Dorsa[1] (1907–1996) was an American inventor who most notably invented the Eggo frozen waffle.[2]

Along with his brothers Sam and Anthony, Frank Dorsa started the Eggo food company. They later sold this company in 1966 to the Kellogg Company.
