Franz Hiermann was an Austrian soldier and skier.

Hiermann served at the 12th Alpenjäger Regiment in Innsbruck. Together with his comrades Wilhelm, Platzner and Schönheer he won the Austrian military patrol event in 1934.[1] He was also a member of the national Olympic military patrol team, which finished fourth at the 1936 Winter Olympics.
