Frederick John "Fred" Alsop (born 20 October 1938 in Plaistow, London) is a British former long jumper who competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics, in the 1964 Summer Olympics, and in the 1968 Summer Olympics.[1] His best result might be considered his 4th place in the triple jump in the Melbourne Olympics of 1964.
