Politics of Friuli-Venezia Giulia

The Friuli-Venezia Giulia regional election of 2008 took place on 13–14 April 2008.

Former President Renzo Tondo (Forza Italia, The People of Freedom) defeated incumbent Riccardo Illy (an independent of the Democratic Party).
