Fromohio (stylized as fROMOHIO) is the third album by the American alternative rock band Firehose, released in 1989. It is regarded as one of the biggest highlights of their career. The album marked a change in the bands sound, where If'n left off. This type of sound was dropped for a heavier sound however, when 1991's Flyin' the Flannel was released.
