Fuze is an upcoming British crime thriller heist film directed by David Mackenzie from a script by Ben Hopkins. The film stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Theo James, Sam Worthington, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Saffron Hocking, Elham Ehsas, and Honor Swinton Byrne. The film is produced by Sigma Films and Anton for release by Sky Cinema.

Premise

After an undetonated bomb from World War II is uncovered at a London construction site, the chaos of the subsequent evacuation and bomb disarming provides excellent cover to conduct a nearby bank heist.

Fuze was written by Ben Hopkins, and the project was taken to the 2024 European Film Market with plans for David Mackenzie to direct and Aaron Taylor-Johnson to star. Giles Nuttgens was also attached as director of photography for the project.[1] Theo James was then added to the cast.[2] In July 2024, Sam Worthington, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Elham Ehsas and Honor Swinton Byrne joined the cast. Sky Cinema announced that it would distribute the film theatrically in the United Kingdom and Ireland.[3]

Principal photography began on 9 July 2024, in London.[4]
