Gary James Wellman (born August 9, 1967) is a former professional American football wide receiver in the National Football League. He played three seasons for the Houston Oilers. He played little during his first and last season, but caught 31 passes in his second year when thrust into the starting lineup to replace the injured Webster Slaughter. He also caught 6 passes for 80 yards in their playoff loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
