Gastrophrynoides borneensis is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family, known commonly as the Borneo narrowmouth toad. It is found in Malaysia, possibly Brunei, and possibly Indonesia. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
