Gerard Benderoth (born 1 February 1969) is an American strongman.[1]

He is 5 ft 11 in (1.80 m) tall and weighs 325 pounds (147 kg). He was a New York City Police Officer for over a decade. He took part in the response to the September 11 attacks in 2001 and was at ground zero for 3 days straight recovering bodies. He is now a Haverstraw, New York Police Officer.
