Ghulam Akbar Khan Niazi is a Pakistani physician who holds dual nationality of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia [1] He was born in 1937 in Musakhel, Punjab.
He later went on to Saudi Arabia where he ultimately became director of Saudi National Guard medical services western wing. He later served as the personal physician of then-Prince Abdullah ibn Abdilazīz.[2] On return to Pakistan he established the Islamabad Medical and Dental College.[3][4][5] He is also a member of Makkah Foundation which runs The Punjab School projects.[6] Dr Akbar Niazi is also an active social worker.[7]
