Giovanni Veronesi

Giovanni Veronesi (born 1962) is an Italian film screenwriter, actor and director. Born in Prato, he is the brother of the writer Sandro Veronesi.

He has written scripts for Francesco Nuti, Leonardo Pieraccioni, Massimo Ceccherini, Carlo Verdone, before being a commercial success film maker with Che ne sarà di noi (2004) and specially boxoffice winners Manuale d'amore (2005) and Manuale d'amore 2 (2007).

His current partner is actress Valeria Solarino, whom Veronesi directed in Che ne sarà di noi.
