Giuseppe Franzelli (born 9 April 1942) is an Italian-born Roman Catholic bishop.

Born in Italy, Fanzelli professed as a member of the Comboni Missionaries of the Heart of Jesus in 1963 and was ordained to the priesthood four years later. He was consecrated a bishop in 2005, serving the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lira in Uganda.[1]
