Gmina Borki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Radzyń Podlaski County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Borki, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Radzyń Podlaski and 53 km (33 mi) north of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 111.83 square kilometres (43.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,166.
