Gmina Ciepłowody is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Ciepłowody, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Ząbkowice Śląskie, and 52 kilometres (32 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 77.53 square kilometres (29.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,193.
