Gmina Domaniów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Oława County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Domaniów, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Oława, and 27 kilometres (17 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 94.31 square kilometres (36.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,310.
