Gmina Lubniewice is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Sulęcin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Lubniewice, which lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Sulęcin, 25 km (16 mi) south of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 67 km (42 mi) north of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 129.76 square kilometres (50.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,061 (out of which the population of Lubniewice amounts to 1,929, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 1,132).

Apart from the town of Lubniewice, Gmina Lubniewice contains the villages and settlements of Glisno, Jarnatów, Osieczyce, Rogi, Sobieraj and Wałdowice.
